Online kick off meeting among partners
Introduction of the partners, discussion on the main steps and tasks, project management, financial rules and final budget distribution, Quality Management and Dissemination/Communication strategies reporting, design and structure of the project’s website and other tools of dissemination.
January – March 2026
Creation of the Digital Skills Map
We will assess the digital skills of workers, entrepreneurs, and professionals in SMEs across Italy, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands. The results will be visualized in a Digital Skills Map, which will guide the design of upcoming training modules and tools.
Survey Design & Preparation
We will create targeted surveys focused on digital skills, such as SEO, content marketing, and digital strategy. All questions are designed to reflect the project’s goals and ensure inclusivity for all participants.
Engaging Target Groups
We will reach out to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), entrepreneurs, and professionals. Special effort will be made to encourage the participation of women and underrepresented groups.
Digital Skills Map Creation & Sharing
A visual Digital Skills Map will be developed, outlining key competencies by industry and job role.

Transnational Partners Meeting in the Netherlands
Organized by New Stellar, this meeting will focus on the development of the online training program for SEO-optimized blog posts. Partners will address management, organization, quality, and dissemination issues, laying the groundwork for the learning software implementation.
